The Nine Rites of the Munay-Ki (2012) Overview

The Munay-Ki are the Rites of the Shaman’s Path of the Q’ero nation, the descendants of the Inka, the indigenous people of the holy mountains of the Andes in Peru. Traditionally, one must spend many years in sacred study before and between receiving these Initiatory Rites. The Elders believe that we are at a critical juncture in human history and that these Rites need to be transmitted to as many people as possible.

The prophecies of the ancient Americas speak about a new human appearing on the planet – one who lives free of fear and resides in his or her transcendent nature. The Munay-Ki are the codes for the new human. They are delivered in the form of energetic transmissions. The ninth Rite, the ‘Creator Rite’ was transmitted for the first time in June of 2006 at the Holy Mountains in the Andes. The nine initiations of the Munay-Ki have only been available until recently to the high wisdom keepers of the Americas.

These Rites are given as the next step in the evolution of humanity; to realign and attune our neuropathways and truly shift human consciousness. These Initiatory Rites, in essence, empower us to step up to the task of assuming stewardship for the Earth and all creation.

There are nine Rites in total. It is hoped that these Rites can be transmitted to as many as possible. Once you have received all nine Rites, it is asked that you pass them on to others. According to the prophecy, we will then witness the birth of a new form of human on the planet and the dawn of a new civilisation.

“We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for”

History:

According to Dr. Alberto Villioldo (www.munay-ki.org), Munay-Ki comes from a Quechua word that means “I love you”. The Munay-Ki are the nine Rites of Initiation that a person who has accepted the stewardship for all creation can take to become a person of wisdom and power. As you experience the Munay-Ki, you’ll feel the presence and sense the wisdom of these luminous ones who have broken out of linear time and now dwell in sacred time, in infinity, free from the grip of karma and rebirth. The Munay-Ki will clear your luminous energy field (LEF) of the psychic sludge left by past traumas. As you raise your level of vibration, these luminous beings will come to you and guide you. Connect with them, and you’ll be able to recall stories that you never experienced directly, but that are now yours.

Initiation Rites:

The training of the Earthkeepers has an energetic component, a series of initiations that help us to develop a new architecture in our luminous energy field. When an Earthkeeper gifts the Munay-Ki to a student, it is the lineage of luminous beings that transmits itself, that leaps from the head of the master to the student as they lean into each other and touch, forehead to forehead. To transfer this energetic information, the Earthkeeper simply maintains sacred space and embodies the vibration of the level she wants to transmit. While you can’t undergo these initiations on your own, once you receive them, the Rites are yours to transmit to others as you wish. You can initiate people in one, a few or all of the Rites, but the Pi stone is only gifted to those who have completed all nine Rites.

The Pi Stone

The Pi (pronounced “pie”) Stone is symbolic of our luminous energy field. The circular shape represents the archetype for wholeness. The shape also represents the ouroborous, the serpent of light swallowing its own tail, constantly creating itself, and forming a circle. It symbolises  the eternal unity of things, the cycle of life, death and rebirth. The centre represents our energetic spine, the kundalini energy that flows through the entire of our bodies, symbolising our own spiralling DNA. It is associated with the serpent of light coiled around the base of the spine, approximately 3.142 times (n). When awakened, it spirals up your spine like a figure 8 around your seven chakras, creating a never-ending loop, opening you to higher consciousness.

In Asian folklore, the pi stone symbolised heaven. People would rub it to prevent problems from happening. For 1500+ years of Zen Buddhism, it remains the symbol for karma, a state of balance. “What goes around comes around”. In Shintoism it symbolised good fortune.

The Nine Rites

The Nine Rites are broken up into three categories:

  • Foundation Rites
  • Lineage Rites
  • Rites to Come

The Foundation Rites consist of:

1. Healer’s Rite

2. Bands of Power Rite

3. Harmony Rite

4. Seer’s Rite

The Lineage Rites consist of:

5.  Day keeper’s Rite

6. Wisdom keeper’s Rite

7. Earthkeeper’s Rite

The Rites to Come consist of:

8. Starkeeper’s Rite

9. Creator Rite

(1) Healer’s Rite, which connects you to a lineage of Earthkeepers from the past that comes and assists you in your personal healing. The Laika know that we have tremendous spiritual assistance available to us. These luminous beings work on us during our meditation and sleep time to heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.

(2) Bands of Power, they consist of five energetic bands representing earth, air, fire, water, and pure light. These bands are installed in your luminous energy field, and act as filters, breaking down into one of the five elements any negative energies that come your way so that these energies can feed you instead of making you toxic or ill. The Bands of Power are always “on”, and negative energies bounce right off them. In a world filled with fear, the bands provide essential protection.

(3) Harmony Rites, in which you receive seven archetypes into your chakras:

  • In the first chakra, you receive the archetype of serpent.
  • In the second chakra, you receive the archetype of the jaguar/ puma.
  • In the third chakra, you receive the archetype of the hummingbird.
  • In the fourth chakra, you receive the archetype of the eagle/ condor. Then, three “archangels” go into your upper three chakras.
  • In the fifth chakra the archetype of Huascar Inka, the keeper of the lower world and the unconscious is transmitted.
  • In the sixth chakra you receive the archetype of the Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent God of the Americas, and keeper of the middle world (our waking world)
  • In the seventh chakra you receive the archetype of Pachakuti, the protector of the upper world (our super-conscious) and keeper of the time to come.

These archetypes are transmitted into your chakras as seeds. These seeds germinate with fire, and you have to perform a number of fire meditations to awaken them and help them grow. Afterward, they help combust the psychic sludge that has built up in your chakras, so that your chakras can shine with their original light as you acquire a rainbow body. This Rite helps you to shed your past the way the serpent sheds her skin.

(4) Seer Rites. This Rite installs filaments of light extending from your visual cortex in the back of your head to your third eye and heart chakras. This practice awakens your ability to perceive the invisible world. Many of the students at Dr. Villoldo’s Healing the Light Body School find that a few months after receiving the Seer Rites, they’re able to receive the world of energy around them.

(5) Daykeeper Rites. The Daykeepers were the masters of the ancient stone altars found in sacred places throughout the world, from Stonehenge to Machu Picchu. The Daykeeper is able to call on the power of these ancient altars to heal and bring balance to the world. This Rite is an energetic transmission that connects you to a lineage of Laikas from the past.

According to lore, the Daykeepers call on the sun to rise each morning and set each evening, they made sure that humans were in harmony with mother earth (Pachamama), and honoured the ways of the feminine. The Daykeepers were the midwives who attended births and deaths, as well as being the herbalists, or curanderas. They were generally women, and were knowledgeable about the ways of the feminine earth. This initiation begins the process of healing your inner feminine, and helps you to step beyond fear and practice peace.

(6) Wisdomkeeper Rites. The legends say that the ancient wisdom resides in the high mountains. The ice-covered peaks (Apus) were revered as places of power, just as other mountains around the world, from Mt. Sinai to Mt. Fuji to Mt. Olympus, have been honoured as places where humans meet the divine. The lineage of Wisdomkeepers consists of medicine men and women from the past who defeated death and stepped outside of time. The job of the Wisdomkeeper is to protect the medicine teachings and share them with others when appropriate. This Rite helps you to step outside of time and taste infinity.

(7) Earthkeeper Rites. This Rite connects you to a lineage of archangels that are guardians of our galaxy. They’re reputed to have human form and be as tall as trees. The Earthkeepers, who are stewards of all life on the Earth, come under the direct protection of these archangels and can summon their power when they need to in order to bring healing and balance to any situation. The Rite of the Earthkeepers helps you learn the ways of the seer, and to dream the world into being.

(8) Starkeeper Rite. This Rite anchors you safely to the time after the great change that is said will occur on or around the year 2012. According to lore, when you receive this Rite, your physical body begins to evolve into that of “homo luminous“. The aging process is slowed down, and you become resistant to diseases you were once vulnerable to. After receiving these Rites, you may notice that you no longer processed events primarily at the physical level but rather process events that occurred in your life, at the Spirit level. When you receive these Rites, you acquire stewardship of the time to come and all future generations.

(9) Creator Rite. When you receive this initiation, you awaken the God-light within you and acquire stewardship for all of creation, from the smallest grain of sand to the largest cluster of galaxies in the universe. This Rite has not been available before on the planet. Although there were individuals who attained this level of initiation, and awakened their Christ or Buddha consciousness, it was never possible to transmit these from one person to another, until today. So while Spirit-to-human transmission happened on occasion, human-to-human transmission was impossible until now. The Creator Rite was brought forth, and gifted to us, in June of 2006, after a sacred journey in the high Andes organised by the Four Winds Society.

THE INITIATION PROCESS

OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS:

When initiating others with the Rites, you need to follow the following process. Each step is explained below:

Open Sacred Space

  • Perform Rite
  • Attune
  • Transmit

Close Sacred Space

1. Opening Sacred Space.

There are two types of sacred space to open:

1. Environmental Space Opening – Open the physical place where the Rites are to be performed (Call the Four Winds, Seven Directions – use incense smudging, spraying Agua de Florida perfume, etc)

2. Personal Space Opening – Open your eight chakra, your energy bubble or “Wiracocha” – connect to our Source

If you are going to be giving several Rites over a period of time e.g. a weekend, you can open the environmental space before the first Rite and close it after the final Rite is given. The personal space is opened directly before each Rite and closed at the end of each Rite.

Opening Personal Sacred Space (Wiracocha) and creating a torus

  1. Before each Rite, open your Wiracocha, and then open it over the person to whom you are giving the rite.
  2. Put your hands at your heart in prayer formation.
  3. Raise hands above head
  4. Open arms wide above head until feel a ball of energy above your head
  5. Turn hands so that your palms are facing outward
  6. Pull hands towards ground and to your side
  7. Put your hands together and pull up the centre of your body, pulling the energy up through each chakra creating a torus shape symbolic of the luminous energy body around us.

2. Performing the designated Rite (see each Rite below)

3. Closing Sacred Space:

Closing Personal Sacred Space (Wiracocha) and closing the torus.

1. At the conclusion of each Rite, take back your energy field from the recipient.

2. Close your Wiracocha and the torus:

  • With hands down at your side and palms facing out, pull your hands and arms out and up until they meet above your head
  • Put one hand on top of the other with palms facing down
  • Pull your hands down towards your crown pushing the energy into your crown
  • Bring hands in front of face and with palms still facing downward, pull your hands down the front of your body putting energy into each chakra.
  • Return hands to prayer position and put at your heart level. This closes the torus.

Performing Each Rite

The Rites can be given in any order, but it is usually customary to start with the Foundation Rites, then the Lineage Rites and finally the Rites to Come. With each Rite, you are transmitting seeds into the body (not the mind) that need to be nurtured to grow. You will receive the energy transmission first and then understanding will follow as the seeds grow. It is not necessary to understand these immediately upon transmission. You are shifting your light body, which does not need to be analysed by the mind, and entering the world of magic and mystery.

The Foundation Rites:

  1. Healer’s Rite
  2. Bands of Power Rite
  3. Harmony Rite
  4. Seer’s Rite

Rite #1 – Healer Rite or “Hampe Rite” (standing or sitting)

In the Healer Rite, the initiate is connected to a lineage of luminous beings from the past, who come to assist them in their personal transformation. It awakens the healing power in the initiate’s hands so that everyone they touch is blessed. There is tremendous spiritual assistance available, and these luminous ones work in our sleep to heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors. It can be done standing up or sitting down.

  1. Introduce the Healer Rites – i.e. “I am going to share with you the healer Rites which will connect you with the healer lineage that will assist you in your personal transformation and help you heal the wounds of your past and of our ancestors.”
  2. Open your Wiracocha, then open it over the other person.
  3. Centre yourself in the sacred space.
  4. Stand behind initiate and with your hands on their shoulders, connect energetically with the initiates.
  5. Call to Pachamama, call to the Apus, call in the healer lineage.
  6. Stand in front of the initiate and open their hands in a cupped position.
  7. Pull the energy of Pachamama, Apus, and healer lineage through your body.
  8. Once you feel the waterfall of energy, put your hands on your own belly, take the energy of this Rite from your belly and place it into the initiate’s cupped hands.
  9. With your own hands on your heart take that energy and place it into the initiate’s cupped hands.
  10. With your own hands on your 3rd eye take the energy and place it into the initiate’s cupped hands.
  11. Put the Pi stone into the initiate’s cupped hands and blow (once or twice).
  12. Close the initiate’s hands and blow into the space between their thumbs.
  13. Raise their hands in a prayer position to their heart.
  14. Take back your Wiracocha, then close your Wiracocha.
  15. Congratulate the initiate.

Rite #2 – Bands of Power (standing):

In the Bands of Power Rite, five luminous belts are woven into the luminous energy field for protection. They act as filters, breaking down any negative energy that comes toward the initiate into one of the five elements. These energies then feed the luminous energy field instead of making you sick. It is usually done standing up and in silence.

  1. Introduce the Bands of Power – i.e. “I’m going to share with you the bands of power which will strengthen your luminous energy field and protect you from negative/ heavy energies. You can keep your eyes opened or closed.”
  2. Take a deep breath (both parties).
  3. Open your Wiracocha, then open it over the other person.
  4. Do the attunement, connecting with the person and the Rite itself.
  5. Make a circle on the initiate’s head with the Pi stone (anchor) and imagine a rainbow fountain spouting from the crown chakra.
  6. Trace the path of the rainbow with the Pi stone down the back of the initiate’s head to the level of the C-7 / T-1 vertebrae.
  7. Visualise gold and silver threads as you continue tracing down the initiate’s spine, to their sacrum, anchor (Rotate the Pi stone 180 degrees). This is the beginning of the black belt. Thrace the energy down and between the initiate’s legs and up to the level of their 2nd chakra.
  8. Trace the top border of the black belt with the Pi stone around the initiate’s body at the level of the 2nd chakra by tracing with your right hand to the back of the initiate, anchor, and return the same way to the front, anchor. Change hands and trace the top border of the black belt with your left hand to the back of the initiate, anchor. Trace to the front to complete the belt, anchor. This connects the initiate to “Pachamama” and the power of the element earth which will breakdown the negative/ heavy energy into fertiliser for Pachamama.
  9. Move the pi stone up to the level of the 3rd chakra. Trace the top border of the red belt by tracing with your right hand to the back of the initiate, anchor, and return the same way to the front, anchor. Change hands and trace the top border of the red belt, with your left hand to the back of the initiate, anchor. Trace to the front to complete the belt, anchor. This connects the initiate to the blood red power of the element of water “Una” of the Mountains/ Apus which will breakdown negative/ heavy energy and return it to the flow.
  10. Move the pi stone up to the level of the 4th chakra. Trace the top border of the gold belt by tracing with your right hand to the back of the initiate, anchor, and return the same way to the front, anchor. Change hands and trace the top border of the gold belt with your left hand to the back of the initiate, anchor. Trace to the front to complete the belt, anchor. This connects the initiate to the power of the element of fire – “Nina” and the golden sun which will burn away negative/ heavy energy and transmute it into a new form.
  11. Move the pi stone up to the level of the 5th chakra. Trace the top border of the silver belt by tracing with your right hand to the back of the initiate, anchor, and return the same way to the front, anchor. Change hands and trace the top border of the silver belt with your left hand to the back of the initiate, anchor. Trace to the front to complete the belt, anchor. This connects the initiate to the power of the element of air – “Wyra” – which will blow away negative/ heavy energy and break it down (purifying it) into a different form.
  12. Move the pi stone up to the level of the 6th chakra. Trace the top border of the belt of pure white light by tracing with your right hand to the back of the initiate, anchor, and return the same way to the front, anchor. Change hands and trace the top border of the belt of pure white light with your left hand to the back of the initiate, anchor. Trace to the front to complete the belt, anchor. This connects the initiate to the power of the stars, constellations, moon, and Pleiades which will bring the negative/ heavy energy into the light.
  13. Move the pi stone up to the crown and put the pi stone down.
  14. Bring down a shower of rainbow light throughout the initiate’s luminous energy field from head to toe.
  15. Have the initiate take 3 deep breaths to expand the bands of power.
  16. Take back your Wiracocha, then close your Wiracocha.
  17. Congratulate the initiate.

Rite #3 – Harmony Rite (lying down):

In the Harmony Rite, seven different Archetypes are transmitted into the chakras. The transmission of these archetypes assists us to connect with the power of each archetype and connect with the organising principles of the Universe and our own energy centres. Initiates are connected to the serpent, jaguar/puma, hummingbird, eagle/condor, Keeper of the Lower World (our subconscious), the Keeper of the Middle World (our waking world), and the Protector of the Upper World (our super conscious). It is important that the initiates do some journeys to connect to the Keeper’s of the Lower and Upper Worlds. The Pi stone is not used during this Rite.

These should only be given to the initiates who are willing to do the work to grow the seeds. These seeds germinate with fire, and you have to perform a number of fire meditations to awaken them and help them grow. Afterward, they help combust the psychic sludge that has built up in your chakras, so that your chakras can shine with their original light as you acquire a rainbow body. This Rite helps you to shed your past the way the serpent sheds he skin.

After the transmission of the Rites, the initiate needs to connect to each Archetype individually for a period of at least two weeks each. To connect, the initiate opens sacred space with “fire” (i.e. candle) and calls in the archetype. Every day for two weeks, the initiate connects to the Archetype and asks for guidance and the sharing of their wisdom and gifts. At the end of the two weeks, the initiate closes out the Archetype and calls in the next Archetype. The whole process takes a minimum of 14 weeks. If the initiate does not feel they connected to an archetype, they can call them in again. The Harmony Rites should not be given by the initiate, unless they have completed this process.

  1. Create a beautiful, harmonious environment (i.e. candles, music, blankets)
  2. Have initiate lay down on their back
  3. Introduce the Harmony Rites – i.e. “I’m going to give to you the ancient Munay-Ki Harmony Rites which will transmit energetic seeds of the Archetypes into each of your seven chakras.”
  4. Connect with Pachamama with 2-3 deep breaths.
  5. Open your Wiracocha, then open it over the other person.
  6. Do the attunement, connecting with the other person. Centre yourself in the sacred space. Call in Pachamama, call in the Apus, and call in Harmony Rites.
  7. Connect with your own 1st chakra archetypal energy – the serpent – and bring it into your heart.
  8. Take one hand from your heart and place it above the initiate’s 1st chakra (do not touch the initiate’s 1st chakra) and feel the flow of energy from your heart through your hand into the initiate’s chakra.
  9. Return your hand to your heart and continue the process with each chakra and archetype:

a. 2nd chakra – Jaguar/ Puma

b. 3rd chakra – Hummingbird

c. 4th chakra – Eagle/ Condor

d. 5th chakra – Keeper of the Lower World

e. 6th chakra – Keeper of the Middle World

f. 7th chakra – Protector of the Upper World

10.  Squeeze initiates arm gently to return them to this world and tell them “You have received the Harmony Rites and have been given the seeds to the organising principles of the Universe to nurture and grow.”

11. Take back your Wiracocha, then close your Wiracocha.

Archetypes:

Develop your own relationship with the archetypes, forming your descriptions from your own experience.

  1. Serpent – “1st Chakra” – is the Mother of the Waters and has been the archetype of the healer throughout many cultures. It is the one who teaches us to shed our personal past the way she sheds her skin – the primary life force, the one who dives deep, deep – who knows the way into the deepest places inside of ourselves – the One who walks with beauty on the belly of the Mother – the One who knows the way back to the Garden, the place of innocence. Connection with the feminine. The archetype of the South.
  2. Jaguar/ Puma – “2nd Chakra” – is the Mother-Sister Jaguar who knows the way across the rainbow bridge to the world of mystery – the One who swallows the dying sun, teaching us to step beyond fear, violence and death. The archetypal connection to the life force of the jungle, everything that is green; steward of the life force – Luminous Warrior who has no enemies in this world or the next – represents the Life/Death principle and renewal. The archetype of the West.
  3. Hummingbird (Ancient Ones) – “3rd Chakra” – the ancestors, Grandmothers and Grandfathers, ancient memories, ancient wisdom – the Ones who have stepped outside of Time but slip through the veil to help us remember the ancient ways – the way of the Hummingbird who drinks directly from the nectar of Life – not built for flight yet undertakes and accomplishes the impossible journey. Teaches us to live life fully. The archetype of the North.
  4. Condor or Eagle – “4th Chakra” – the great archetype of the East, the place of the rising Sun, the place of our Becoming – principle of seeing from high perspectives, vision of clarity and beauty, the great wings of the condor hold the heart, teaches us to see with the eyes of the heart – the One who pushes out of the nest to spread our own wings so that we may always fly wing to wing with the Great Spirit.
  5. Keeper of the Lower World/ Huascar – “5th Chakra” – Lord of life; Lord of death. Historically, one of two sons of the last Inka. Huascar was the keeper of the medicine teachings and was killed by his brother, Atahualpa, during the Incan civil war in 1532. He become the harmonising principle of the Lower World – the chaotic dark place of all creative potential. He is the “renewer” of the Earth and our own personal need of renewing our own earth, fields that are fallow, places that need aerating. The gift of Huascar is to harmonise our relationship with our Shadow.
  6. Keeper of the Middle World/ Quetzalcoatl – “6th Chakra” – Lord of the dawn; the Day Bringer, Morning Star. Brings harmony and order. Quetzal is a beautiful jungle bird and coalt is a serpent. A feathered, winged serpent that has acquired flight – the organiser of the middle world, brought irrigation, medicine plants and stonework, walked the Americas, brought stability, music, dance, flutes, drums – though it has been lost in our culture, we can call on it individually, an animistic knowledge of the ways of the Earth – organises your relationships with the Middle World – when you come into relationship with Quetzalcoatl you don’t have to micromanage your life.
  7. Protector of the Upper World/ Pachakuti – “7th Chakra” – Connection with the time to come. Historically, the Inka king who was given the prophecy that the world was turning over (coming of the Spanish) the keeper of the possibilities, organising principle of the Upper World; – embodies the concept of circular time, stepping outside of linear time – makes time stand still – brings order, heavenly order – coming into relationship with Pachakuti allows us to recognise what can be changed and changing it before it is born.

Rite #4 – Seer Rite (standing or sitting):

In the Seer Rite, five extra cerebral pathways of light are installed that connect the visual cortex with the third eye and heart chakra through a “crown of light” and “necklace of light”. This awakens the “inner seer” and your ability to perceive the invisible world of energy and Spirit.

  1. Introduce the Seer Rites – i.e. “I’m going to share with you the Seer Rites which will open your seeing skills/ intuition so that you can perceive the invisible world of energy and Spirit.”
  2. Open your Wiracocha, then open it over the other person.
  3. Stand behind initiate, activate own pathway of light and connect to the initiate.
  4. Centre yourself and connect with Pachamama, the Apus and the Seer Rites.
  5. Put the thumb of your one hand on the area above the initiate’s visual cortex (spot between neck and head) with your fingers cradling the back of the initiate’s head and with your other hand place the Pi stone on the initiate’s 3rd eye.
  6. Move the Pi stone over the top of the head to the visual cortex.
  7. Move the Pi stone from the 3rd eye, above the right ear to the visual cortex.
  8. Move the Pi stone from the 3rd eye, above the left ear to the visual cortex.
  9. Move the Pi stone from the 3rd eye to the visual cortex in the space between the line over the head and above the right ear.
  10. Move the Pi stone from the 3rd eye to the visual cortex in the space between the line over the head and above the left ear.
  11. Place the Pi stone on the initiate’s heart.
  12. Move the Pi stone from the heart up to the right side of the neck to the visual cortex.
  13. Move the Pi stone from the heart up to the left side of the neck to the visual cortex.
  14. Repeat #12-13 visualising the pathways of light lit up.
  15. Place one of your hands on the back of the initiate’s head/neck and the other on their forehead.
  16. Place one of your hands on the back of the initiate’s head/neck and the other on their heart.
  17. Tell initiate they have just received the Seer Rites and Congratulations.
  18. Take back your Wiracocha, then close your Wiracocha.

As you develop Seer skills, you will begin to engage using four different levels of reality: (See DVD section on the “4 brains”)

  1. Literal – relates to the physical body and everyday life (i.e. pay bills). Shamans do not usually work in this level.
  2. Symbolic – relates to the emotional body (i.e. pain in shoulder equals to anger). Shamans work in this level.
  3. Mythic – relates to the soul and its individual journey and usually communicates via symbols and pictures. A person’s story can be rewritten at this level. Shamans work in this level.
  4. Energetic – relates to the energy fields. Work at this level does not require that you know anything specific, but just clear dense energy. Shamans work in this level.

The Lineage Rites:

5. The Daykeepers Rite

6. The Wisdom Keepers Rite

7. The Earthkeepers Rite

Rite #5 – Daykeeper’s Rite (sitting):

The Daykeeper’s Rite connects you to a lineage of master healers from the past, present and future. Day keepers are able to call on the ancient altars to heal and bring balance to the earth, call on the sun to rise each day, and bring humans into harmony with Mother Earth. They are the midwives, herbalists and curanderas. This Rite helps you to begin to heal your inner feminine, step beyond fear, and practice peace. It brings healing and beauty.

  1. Introduce the Daykeeper Rites – i.e. “I’m going to share with you the Day keeper Rites which will connect you with a lineage of master healers from the past, present and future to help bring balance to the Earth. It will help you heal your inner feminine, step beyond fear, and practice peace.”
  2. Open your Wiracocha, then open it over the other person.
  3. Stand behind the initiate, connect to the initiate and to the lineage of healers (You can incant; Earth, earth, earth).
  4. Put the Pi stone on the initiate’s crown.
  5. Blow into the Pi stone/crown once or twice, blowing in the Rites and intention of the Daykeeper.
  6. Hold the Pi stone with intention.
  7. Move to front of the initiate and centre yourself. You may put the Pi stone down or hold it in your palm.
  8. With your one hand over your own heart, transfer the Rites to the three power centres (belly, heart and 3rd eye), bringing your hands back to your own heart centre each time.

a. Put your hand on the initiate’s belly and transfer the Rites.

b. Put your hand on the initiate’s heart and transfer the Rites.

c. Put your hand on the initiate’s 3rd eye and transfer the Rites.

9. Hold the back of initiate’s head with your hands.

10. Pull the initiate’s head toward you, placing your forehead on the initiate’s forehead.

11. Transfer the Daykeeper Rites/ Intentions from forehead to forehead.

12. Take back your Wirecocha, then close your Wiracocha.

13. Congratulate the initiate.

Rite #6 – Wisdomkeeper’s Rites (sitting):

The Wisdomkeeper’s Rite connects you to a lineage of luminous beings from the past and the future. This Rite is associated with the snow-capped mountains (Apus), the place where humans meet God. This Rite helps you to begin to heal your inner masculine, step outside of time, become steeped in the medicine teachings and taste infinity. It downloads the final codes for the new human into the luminous energy field and anchors you in the future NOW. It opens and connects you to all the future possibilities.

Rite #9 – Creator Rites “Tai Tanchi” “Spirit Keeper’s Rite” (sitting):

The Creator Rite, the second of the “Rites to Come”, connects you to the light within yourself – the Divine Source within – so that you can co-create your life. When you receive this initiation, you awaken this God-light within you and acquire stewardship for all of creation. It awakens your God-nature and brings the cellular realisation that Spirit is not only acting through you, but IS you.

Although there were individuals who attained this level of initiation, and awakened their Christ or Buddha consciousness, it was not possible to transmit this form one person to another. So while Spirit-to-human transmission happened on occasion, human-to-human transmission only became possible recently.

The Creator Rites was brought forth in June of 2006 when the Four Winds Society organised two simultaneous sacred journeys to the two most powerful apps in southern Peru: Ausangate and Salcantay. These two groups both included foreigners and indigenous mountain people from the Andes. Their mission was to do ceremony together which offered and asked for healing and forgiveness for all the atrocities committed against humanity and nature, in order to heal the planet and bring the Creator-energy back down to the people.

As they weathered the elements of snow and wind and sun, they journeyed deep inside themselves and with each other, touching old wounds, offering and receiving forgiveness, and healing old destructive patterns that had perpetuated separation of humanity by race, culture and social status. By changing those patterns in ceremonies on the sacred mountaintops, they were able to bring back to us, the Creator energy of the “time to come”. With this rite, we can co-create our life the way we want it to be.

  1. Stand behind the initiate.
  2. Open your Wiracocha, then open it over the other person.
  3. Centre yourself in the sacred space.
  4. Open your arms wide above head and connect to the vortex of energy above the head. Allow the vortex of energy to come down to your head and shoulders.
  5. Put the Pi stone on the initiate’s crown.
  6. Blow into the Pi stone once or twice.
  7. Move to the front of the initiate. Keep the Pi stone in the palm of your hand, or put it down.
  8. Transfer the Rites to the initiate’s three power centres (3rd eye, heart, belly), bringing your hands back to your own heart centre each time.

a. Put your hand on the initiate’s 3rd eye and transfer the Rites.

b. Put your hand on the initiate’s heart and transfer the Rites.

c. Put your hand on the initiate’s belly and transfer the Rites.

9. Hold the back of initiate’s head with your hands.

10. Pull the initiate’s head toward you, placing your forehead on the initiate’s forehead.

11. Transfer the Creator Rites/ Intentions from forehead to forehead.

12. Blow the Rites into the Pi stone. Then cup the initiate’s hands and place their Pi stone into their hands.

13. Fold their hands around the Pi stone, blow into their folded hands and move their hands into a prayer position at their heart.

14. Take back your Wiracocha, then close your Wiracocha.

Glossary:

Apus: The spirit of the sacred mountain; the most powerful of all nature spirits. Sacred mountains are a home of the ancestors. The Apus are generally male nature energies, except for a few females like Mama Simone in Cusco, Veronica in the Sacred Valley, and Putukusi in Machu Pichu. Salkantay is also a female Apu.

Laika: A lineage of Earthkeepers or Wisdomkeepers reaching back to antiquity. They were not born with special gifts from Spirit; they have acquired uncommon grace and power through prayer, study of the wisdom teachings or Insights, and discipline. Some grew to be renowned leaders and healers, while others lived quiet lives, raising their children and growing corn.

Mesa: Literally, table. A derivation of misa, the Spanish word for the Catholic Mass. Ritual or medicine bundle containing stone and other objects of power which the shaman uses to assemble his/her reality and uses in ceremonies, cleansings and healing. The mesa is used in the Andes and on the coast, but not in the jungle.

Huascar: The 13th Inca emperor (ruled 1526-32), having seized the throne after the sudden death of his father, Huayna Capac, and the heir apparent, Ninan Cuyunchic, from smallpox. His rule was contested by his half-brother, Atahualpa, in a civil war that weakened the empire, making it easier for the Spanish to conquer. Huascar was captured and executed by his brother in 1532.
